Employment services (Arbetsförmedlingen)

You who have been granted residence permits as a refugee in Sweden and are between the ages of 20 and 64 is entitled to an establishment plan. You participate 40 hours per week for 24 months. It may be SFI, other education, internship, work and more. You who are included in the program are eligible for financial compensation, so-called establishment payment. Internship/traineeship

Practicing a workplace is an opportunity for you to show your knowledge and gain an insight into how the Swedish labor market works. For example, during an internship you get an opportunity to:

• Train and develop the use of the Swedish language

• Learn more about your strengths and development areas
  
• Get contacts and networks
  
• Get references for job applications
  
• Learn about different rights and obligations you have as a worker
